Utility Direct Pay is a bank draft payment system for our customers. Currently 348 utility customers have opted to use this payment method. If you want to save time, postage and write fewer checks, we can help with Utility Direct Pay, which means you can pay your monthly water, sewer and sanitation bill by charging it to your checking account. No more worries about your payment getting delayed or lost. You can even take care of business while you are out of town. This service is available at NO CHARGE. To establish Utility Direct Pay service, simply complete an authorization form and submit a copy of a voided check. The rest is automatic. You will still receive a utility statement so you will know the exact amount to deduct from your checking account balance. If you are interested in this service please stop by the Finance Department to complete the authorization form or call 872-6126 to receive further information. (The form is also available on the city’s website under the Finance Department.)
